Account Specialists

Two positions open:
Lasting Image is an award winning and aggressive company looking to add two account specialists for seperate divisions. We are looking for a promotional solutions specialist and a specialist to sell our on-line services (recognition and franchisors).

The Promotional Solutions Specialist will be responsible for making outgoing calls to a list of business’ each month to help build relationships. There will be monthly goals to meet that will help drive us to meet our company goals. You will need to be a great multi-tasker, excellent communicator and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding yet rewarding environment. You will handle research for customer projects, entering orders, typing quotes and assist with incoming sales calls.

Our industry may seem simple but in reality it is very challenging to learn. The rewards are great once you pay your dues (one-three years) to gain the needed industry  experience. In order to excel you will need to study catalogs each day in order to learn the many products and solutions we offer. You will need to understand the printing capabilities and all the extra components to selling promotional solutions. We will guide and train you; however you still need to do the work.

The CEO-Tool Solutions Specialist will be responsible for making outgoing calls to a list of business’ each month to help build relationships. The position will sell our CEO-Tool (Creative Evolving On-line Tool) which encompasses many facets of businesses from recognition to wellness. Having a strong human resources understanding (or background) is very helpful. There will be monthly goals to meet which will help drive us to exceed our company goals. You will need to be a great multi-tasker, excellent communicator and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding yet rewarding environment. You will research prospects and will need to handle several trade shows to create new leads.

This position will require a lot of training and studying of our systems so you can guide each prospect to a system solution that can be custom built around their personal requirements. It will take a serious amount of knowledge of all aspects of not only our system, but also how our company goes to market. You must be able to convey compelling messages to intrigue the prospect enough to make them want to return your call. You must be able to handle rejection professionally and positively….that is all part of sales!

The first half of your first year is very challenging, much like working a full-time job and going to college each night to learn our industry. Here are the requirements for the ideal candidate:

• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Professional Appearance.
• Persistence, perseverance, determination and ambition.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Commitment: You will be required to have extraordinary follow-up. Only those who follow up quickly and professionally to their interview process will be considered.
• You will need to prepare telephone scripts and a scheduled list of calls each month, from our database.
• Industry knowledge will be taught (learning the catalogs, understanding pricing structure and understanding printing process). This will take extra time on your part.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Excellent with Outlook, emailing and downloading/saving images.
• Whatever it takes attitude with a genuine service attitude to serve clients.

Hours: Full-time

Salary: Salary is based on your experience, plus bonuses. Please see our benefits package for full-time employees. We do pay 100% medical coverage, 401K match, eye, dental, prescription and and more once your probation time has been met.
