Our
goals have been met in 2009! We had a plan, we worked
aggressively and we achieved our goals. In 2010, we have a new
vision, a new plan. Our goals are several fold.
The first is to expand into the franchise business world. We
have a robust on-line system to handle large franchises with a
warehouse and order fulfillment.
Our second plan is to grow in the service recognition area. This
involves on-line ordering for years of service to large
corporations through our robust CEO-tool proprietary system.
Lasting Image also plans to grow the awards, plaques and signage
business, starting with our current client base and expanding

fundraising programs and motivational programs to the
educational and medical industries.

Sales
Opportunity
We are seeking an
aggressive, very professional, well spoken candidate. This
position will start as an inside sales person which could lead
to outside sales in time.
It requires a lot of research, phone calls, understanding what
the client wants and being able to create the need as well as a
good closing record. The candidate will also assist with setting
appointments, having clients visit our showroom, and creating
new opportunities which align with the company’s new vision for
creating our new growth plans into the future.
Lasting Image offers a base salary, quarterly bonus on new
clients, full paid benefits (including medical, vision, dental

Accounting
Supervisor
Responsible for
the supervision of accounting professionals. Oversees
calculating, posting, verifying, and typing duties to obtain and
record financial data for use in maintaining accounting and
statistical records. Leads most day to day operations of group.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and
procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan
and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and
directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and
latitude is expected.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
-Performs Balance Sheet Account Analysis & Reconciliation
-Income & Expense Account Analysis
-Prepares Monthly Financial Statement & Analysis
-Develops Cash Flow Projections
-A/R Review and Analysis
-Develops Operating Budget
-Prepares Month End Closings
-Prepares and Record Payroll Journal Entries and Accrual
-Reconciles Inventory & Record Cost of Goods
-Reconciles Bank Statements
-Supervises and participates in preparing and auditing materials
requiring analyses of supporting documents and insures
that all entries are entered into the system properly.
-Identifies and resolves problems and inconsistencies,
determining appropriate corrective procedures.
-Communicates and coordinates accounting policies, practices,
and procedures with department and company managers
and officials, vendors, reporting agencies, clients, customers, and the
public.
-Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and
expedites workflow.
-Issues written and oral instructions.
-Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and
conformance to policies and procedures.
-Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of
subordinates.
-Maintains harmony among workers.
-Adjusts errors.
-Any other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
BS Degree with 5 to 8 years practical experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
