We do look for experienced sales professionals, those who
understand urgency, follow up and follow through. We expect our
sales people to be professional consultants, not just sales
people selling a product. As you will learn from our web site,
there is more to promotional products than just selling a
product. We strive to ask great questions to each client,
research them and offer ideas and solutions to reach their goals
based on our findings. If you are not driven to success, this
may not be your best career path.
You will be pushed to grow, create personal goals and be
expected to create new business as well as grow existing
clients. Our sales people have high goals and they are expected
to accomplish them. Lasting Image prides itself on offering
every tool necessary to help you reach those goals. You will be
expected to be aggressive, self motivated, goal oriented and
persistent.
Having previous printing experience is helpful, though not
necessary, as some terms, and issues with be common.
Lasting Image offers a draw against commission, 401K, profit
sharing, full benefits (100% paid) including eye, dental and
prescription, as well as a team of people to help you grow. Our
lowest paid sales person makes $75,000. It does take a lot of
work to get there, and if you are the one willing to work hard
to attain success, you could earn well over that. We do only
hire driven people with a persistent, self motivated can do
attitude.
Client Satisfaction
Lasting Image Promotional Products prides itself on exceptional
customer service. Our clients come first, and you, as a CSR, are
an important part of the Lasting Image Team. Our Client
Satisfaction Team is the hub of all communication between the
client, Sales Team and our suppliers. You are responsible for
assisting our Sales & Marketing Team in exceeding the
expectations of our clients.
Once an order is placed, Client Satisfaction processes and
follows it through to completion while following established
procedures. You are responsible for keeping the customer updated
with current information regarding the order, communicating its
status with Sales, and ensuring on time delivery.
Attention to details, strong communication skills, willingness
to learn, ability to prioritize, a sense of urgency, and
effective problem resolution are essential qualities we look for
in a Client Satisfaction Representative at Lasting Image
Promotional Products.
Office Assistant
The Office Assistant is the “Director of First Impressions”. You
are the first to greet our guests as they walk into our
showroom, and you are the first to respond to our customers and
suppliers when answering the phones. It is up to you to ensure
our customers are left with a great first impression that can be
delivered every time. Lasting Image Promotional Products prides
itself on top quality customer service and values, and you are
an integral part of our service team.
The Office Assistant is responsible for creating a professional
atmosphere for our clients and employees. In addition to
merchandising the showroom, you are responsible for the
organization, maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness of the
showroom, sample room, conference room, break room, workroom,
and other common areas.
We look for people with a strong attention to detail,
outstanding communication skills, willingness to learn, and a
desire to help others.
Embroidery Technician
Knowledge of Tajima, 6 heads, 12 needles embroidery machines.
Experience preferred.
The Embroidery department is responsible for production quality
and presentation of a timely delivery to the client.
Embroiderers shall share their knowledge & expertise with the
Lasting Image Team to help sell a higher perceived product.
Accounting
This department is responsible for proactive monitoring &
reporting of all financial information of the company. This is
accomplished by accurate data entry, prompt invoicing, timely
collections & all payables by terms.
Graphic Designer
The Graphic Design department is responsible for understanding
the client’s expectations and creatively exceeding them by
presenting a completed art form. This department will assist the
sales & marketing team in providing our clients with quality
products and ideas that will help generate ongoing revenue.
