Customer Service/Warehouse Coordinator

Lasting Image is looking for a customer oriented, highly energetic person that loves a multitude of responsibilities. If you like helping the client but hate being tied to a desk, this position is for you. This person will help with all aspects of our on-line customers. You will be required to answer e-mails, take customer phone calls, process orders with our suppliers, and follow the order through till delivery. You will also be responsible for picking and packing orders, customer inventory, reporting, and preparing shipments for the day.  You will also be responsible to delivery packages to our clients weekly.  Every day will bring something new and we promise you will not be bored.

• Previous Customer Service experience helpful
• Inventory management helpful
• Detail oriented, and “Accuracy in counting very important”
• Heavy lifting will be involved
• Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Client first attitude

This position will be very hands on, assisting customers on the phone, pick and pack, some kitting. Kitting is stuffing envelopes, placing various pieces in boxes or inserting documents into 3 ring binders, as you will be doing fulfillment for clients such as preparing mailings, sales kits, employee binders etc. The position will require some lifting and preparing shipments for UPS each day.  You will be able to wear jeans but will be expected to be professional looking in front of the client.  You will be a front line person in dealing with our clients.

Hours: Monday through Friday 9-6, one hour for lunch.
