Embroidered Apparel

Embroidered garments add a touch of class and style. Lasting Image can embroider a wide variety of garments ranging from shirts, jackets, sweaters, sweatshirts, sweat pants, caps, briefcases, tote bags, sport bags, lunch sacks, golf towels, blankets, scarves, socks, aprons, cloth napkins, or machinery covers.

Threads & Colors

Your embroidered logo design can include up to twelve thread colors at no additional charge. The graphics department will help you choose the appropriate thread colors for your design. Whether you are looking to color match your logo or you are in search of some fun suggestions, the designers are here to help.

Additional Locations

Might we suggest another way to maximize the impact of your garment...sew a second location. For example, the arc of the back of a hat is a prime location for a message or web site address. Use the 2 sides of a cap to embroider co-sponsors of golf outings, team sporting events or charity sponsorships. The back of a shirt or jacket has great exposure. Embroider a message or web site at the yoke or the neck. Other ideas include: name personalization on right chest, personalization on right cuff, turtleneck, or right sleeve.

Digitizing

Digitizing is the process of converting a design to a format in which our embroidery machines can read. For every point that the needle hits the fabric, our digitizers have to plot that point in their software. Perfecting a design can take a multitude of hours and before you even see the design, no less than 4 people review the logo and look for errors. Embroidery Machines

An order of as few as six pieces can be fulfilled using our six-head machines. The embroidery department operates two six-head machines. For the customer, this set-up is an advantage in turnaround. We have the option of scheduling two machines to run the same design or two different designs can be running on different machines.

Finishing

Each garment embroidered is trimmed, steamed and folded to display the finished embroidery, and individually packaged in poly bags to ensure a professional presentation upon delivery. Your order is repacked in new boxes and is clearly labeled for your convenience. Special options available include: custom tagging or labeling either with sizes, personalization, or a message depending on your intent of the garment.
