Our clients come first, and you, as a CSR, are an important part of the Lasting Image Team. Our Client Satisfaction Team is the hub of all communication between the client, Sales Team and our suppliers. You are responsible for assisting our Sales & Marketing Team in exceeding the expectations of our clients. Once an order is placed, Client Satisfaction processes and follows it through to completion while following established procedures. You are responsible for keeping the customer updated with current information regarding the order, communicating its status with Sales, and ensuring on time delivery. Attention to details, strong communication skills, willingness to learn, ability to prioritize, a sense of urgency, and effective problem resolution are essential qualities we look for in a Client Satisfaction Representative at Lasting Image Promotional Products.
