Lasting Image is seeking an experienced sales person. Promotional products, printing, copier, screen print or embroidery experience is very helpful. This position is a key team member to Lasting Image and requires an individual with a strong work ethic – willing to do "whatever it takes" to succeed. If you are a good sales person, excellent at finding the need, follow up, follow through and closing, we will help you grow personally, professionally and financially. Here is what we are looking for in an A player:

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience. The candidate must have prospecting experience or established client base. We do have excellent systems in place to help you.
• You must have extraordinary follow up and follow through skills, able to close current clients and find new prospects.
• Ability to meet and exceed targeted sales goals for development of new leads, as well as building relationships with current clients.
• Ability to identify new markets, new sales opportunities, define customer needs, maximize and grow the business. We will help you.
• Industry knowledge is helpful; however we will train the right person with top quality sales skills.
• Confidence and sound business decision making skills are key.
• Must know your way around basic computer programs (word and excel), Microsoft products.
• The skills we look for the most are communication, how you get to us (e-mail, phone and in person- aggressive style a must). It is vital to follow up and follow through-gaining the sale. We feel if you cannot sell us on you, you will not be able to sell our customers. Very few people have these skills sets. Urgency, Aggression, Follow up, Follow Through, Asking Great Questions and Closing.

Hours: Sales is not an eight hour day, it requires a long day.

Salary: We offer a base pay plus commission. The draw is based on your experience and closing skills. The closing starts with you closing us on hiring you. The income is literally unlimited. We do help you with a strong marketing plan, and it is very hard to not grow unless you have very poor sales skills. Please see our benefits package for full time employees.
