Rick Mann, MAS, started the business from his basement in 1990. The growth of the business has now expanded the company to its current size. Today, we boast a full in-house graphics department, in-house embroidery, laser engraving and a growing fulfillment department. Our embroidery department has over 30 years of the finest experience in the state.

Currently, the company is part of the second largest promotional group-- only 50 other elite distributors are members. Lasting Image employs 2 Certified Advertising Specialists, designations of which only 4% of the entire industry holds. Rick Mann, President and owner, holds the Master Advertising Specialist designation, achieved by less than 2% of the industry.

The first known promotional products in the United States are commemorative buttons, tracing back to 1789, when George Washington was elected president. Dating back to the early and mid-1800s are advertising calendars, wooden specialties and the Farmers' Almanac. But it was not until the latter part of the 19th century that an abundance of promotional products were developed and marketed, leading to the birth of the industry as it's known today.
